The height of the desk is adjusted manually to any height between 20.5" to 33". Simply turn the tension knob counter-clockwise to unlock height adjustment. Place hands on both sides of the top and pull up to lift; press down to lower the height. To secure the table height, turn tension knob clockwise until snug. Do Casters Lock into Place? Two out of the four casters lock, ensuring the desk stays put when you want it to. Can I Use the Desk without the Wheels? Simply leave the wheels off to use directly on the floor.
