You can now purchase one or all three interchangeable rack kits for this cabinet: pizza, pretzel or a pizza/pretzel combo. Depending on what you want to serve, these kits can be easily changed and come with everything you need plus eye-catching velvet Lexan graphics. The cabinet has a rotisserie motor so any racks purchased will rotate. Other new features include a water-level indicator to let you know in advance if your water level is low. A new pour-through water pan keeps hands away from the hot pan. The digital heat control improves temperature accuracy and keeps a more consistent temperature inside the cabinet. The door can now be easily switched to right- or left-hand access with just a flathead screwdriver. Bright LED lighting within the cabinet and will make your food presentation stand out even more.
